So what is the Pallet Runner GEN3® Experience?
From your initial contact with Konstant to a fully operational system, the entire Konstant team of engineers and design staff are at your disposal.
Our first priority is to establish whether the Pallet Runner GEN3 is the correct storage solution for your application. This is carried out with an experienced Konstant employee discussing your needs, your product line, and the through-puts you require, as well as generally learning how your business operates.
Once it has been established that the Pallet Runner GEN3® is the correct storage medium, our design team will work with you to design a pallet racking system that both meets your storage needs and fits within the physical confines of your facility. A detailed quotation along with drawings is then prepared and reviewed in depth with you and your colleagues. Once you are completely happy with all aspects of our proposal, our engineering and design team will prepare all the required drawings and details so we can begin the manufacturing process at our Quincy, Illinois plant.
Pallet Runner GEN3® is supported with a heavy duty structural steel racking system incorporating Konstant’s patterned beam connection.
Once all materials have been produced, our project manager will coordinate with you to set up the shipping, receiving, and professional installation of your new Pallet Runner GEN3® storage system. Finally once the installation has been completed, our technical team will complete the set up of your system.
First, each Pallet Runner® is placed into the system loaded with actual client pallets and set up for each lane. Next, our team will carry out detailed training for all employees that will be using the system. A morning of class room training will be followed with an afternoon of “hands on” training utilizing the newly installed system. Lastly Konstant will provide detailed training to the person(s) or company that will carry out all preventive maintenance on the Pallet Runner GEN3® carts.
