STANDARD COLOR

The Konstant painting process provides a quality durable finish to our superior structural steel product. The water-based enamel has solid content of 65-70% (depending on color). Paint is evenly applied with an electrostatic spray, in accordance with EPA guidelines. Parts are then baked to a 2.5 mil thickness in a 375 -400 degree oven for a durable consistency. This process works effectively for both ambient temperature sites and refrigerated warehouse application.

* Exception: Red paint requires an up-charge. Custom colors or galvanizing finish is also available for any rack components. (Please consult your Konstant sales representative for pricing on custom color options.) Printed representation of colors; exact shades may vary from what is shown.

PUSH BACK COLORS

For Push Back rack systems, these standard cart colors provide visibility for fork lift operators (rails are black). Alternate colors and/or color sequences available at an extra charge.
